3. Products and descriptions

We work to describe our products as accurately as possible, including dimensions, materials, and colors.

Please note:

Colors may vary between your screen and the physical item due to display settings and lighting.
Check the listed dimensions before ordering. Items often look different in photographs than they do in a room. Dimensions are provided in inches.
All electrical items are rated for US voltage (110–120V) with US-standard plugs.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

If your payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel your order.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance — acceptance occurs when the item ships.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Sales tax and duties

Sales tax may be applied at checkout based on your delivery address. All items ship from within the United States, so no import duties or customs fees apply.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, product photography, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by WHATSINMYROOM or used under license, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
